Mike Madrid - Principal
For over twenty years, Mike Madrid has been changing the outcomes of political campaigns throughout the country. His active involvement in local, state, and federal races has helped him to develop a keen insight into the successful characteristics of winning campaigns. Madrid is a nationally recognized expert on Latino voting trends, and a sought after strategist on statewide political campaigns.

Since joining GrassrootsLab in May of 2013, Ashley has aided the firm’s client base in a number of facets, ranging from research and data collection to event planning and coalition building. Prior to joining GrassrootsLab, Ashley worked on a handful of targeted races across the state, including the 2012 re-election campaigns for Dan Lungren in CD 07 and Brian Bilbray in CD 50. She also worked for two years as a student fundraiser for her alma mater, the University of the Pacific. Ashley graduated from UoP in 2014 with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Pre-Law.
Liz is an Account Coordinator at GrassrootsLab, where she uses her background in public affairs and communications to help a diverse range of clients meet their unique goals.
Prior to joining GrassrootsLab, Liz conducted grassroots advocacy work for Planned Parenthood Los Angeles. Through coordinated efforts, she aided in securing votes in the state legislature to pass two historic bills expanding access to reproductive health care. She has experience in community organizing, public policy, marketing and campaign strategy.
