Alexandra Lakatos (Alex) is a Director at GrassrootsLab, where she advises clients on campaign strategy, government relations, and stakeholder engagement. She brings extensive experience working at the intersection of government, business, and community stakeholders, helping organizations navigate regulatory landscapes, build coalitions, and communicate effectively with varying constituencies.
Before joining GrassrootsLab, Alex worked in Community Relations at PBF Energy where she represented the company before local governments, public agencies, and community organizations while supporting public affairs and regulatory engagement efforts. She previously worked in government affairs and campaign communications roles in Los Angeles and San Francisco, including as Government Affairs Manager for the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce, Political Director at New Deal Advisors, a San Francisco public affairs firm, and Account Executive at Storefront Political Media, a campaign consultant in San Francisco. Alexandra holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from the University of San Francisco.
Robb serves on the board of the American Lung Association in Los Angeles and was also a consultant for the Proposition 56 Tobacco Tax campaign in 2016, making numerous public appearances on KPCC, Good Day LA and other public affairs programs.
He lives in Long Beach, California, where he is member of the Long Beach Rotary Club and served as Chair of then-Mayor Robert Garcia’s Technology & Innovation Commission. He also served on the Board of Directors of the University of Southern California Athenian Society, his alma mater.
